At TAG Sensors we develop and manufacture miniature temperature sensor devices for continuous cold chain monitoring of goods from producer to consumer. Through our solution, customers get full control of temperature sensitive goods like fish, frozen food and pharmaceuticals.

Our R&D team is located in Mo I Rana, Norway, where we also house the production line. Due to increased activity we need to expand our team with a Quality and Compliance manager to strengthen our capabilities developing tomorrows products.


As the Quality and Compliance manager you will be responsible for making sure various products meet safety standards, and you will also submit regulatory paperwork, communicate with staff members of all levels, and educate personnel and customers about compliance regulations.

As the Quality and Compliance manager you will create procedures and guidelines to ensure that governmental and industry regulations are met by manufacturers in both international and domestic markets. Working with both management and lower-level staff, you will coordinate information between departments, educating design teams about product specifications and participating in training of personnel. You will also keep departments up-to-date on new or revised regulations that may be relevant to product specifications.

The Quality and Compliance manager will be responsible for regulatory filings and keeping records and other paperwork that may be required by regulatory bodies. You will also supervise tasks related to client or government contracts, including monitoring their progress and making sure deadlines are met. The Quality and Compliance manager will review and ensure compliance with tariff requirements as well. The Quality and Compliance manager make sure customers are abiding by licensing agreements, thus preventing licensing and trademark violations.

_ Maintaining and develop the quality system

_ Compliance and certification of products

_ Compliance and certification of cloud solution

_ Data compliance

_ Documentation of processes, procedures and improvements

_ Training an educating the rest of the team


We are mainly looking for candidates who has a 3- or 5-year technical degree and experience with electronics, data systems and product development.

Related experience, and business training may be preferred.

You should have good knowledge of electronic circuits, hardware design and sensor technology.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
